<p><strong>Terms of Use</strong></p>

<p>These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.yourfullstack.com, including any related applications, services, or software (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by YourFullStack LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, effective as of February 25, 2025. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Your use is at your sole risk, and YourFullStack LLC disclaims all responsibility for any outcomes arising therefrom, under any circumstances.</p>

<p><strong>1. Eligibility</strong></p>
<p>You must be at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.</p>

<p><strong>2. License to Use</strong></p>
<p>We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit the Platform without our prior written consent.</p>

<p><strong>3. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct</strong></p>
<p>You agree to use the Platform lawfully and responsibly. You are prohibited from:</p>
<p>- Engaging in illegal, unauthorized, or harmful activities;</p>
<p>- Uploading, sharing, or linking to content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable;</p>
<p>- Interfering with the Platform’s operation (e.g., hacking, introducing malware);</p>
<p>- Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity;</p>
<p>- Scraping, harvesting, or collecting data without permission;</p>
<p>- Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.</p>
<p>You are solely responsible for your actions and any content you submit ("User Content"), including its consequences. We do not endorse or pre-screen User Content.</p>

<p><strong>4. Content Moderation</strong></p>
<p>We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, moderate, or remove User Content at our sole discretion, without notice, if we deem it inappropriate, offensive, illegal, or in violation of these Terms. We may also suspend or ban users for violations. However, we are not responsible for failing to detect or remove such content promptly.</p>

<p><strong>5. Intellectual Property</strong></p>
<p>All content, software, designs, trademarks, and other materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to YourFullStack LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute them without our express written permission. YourFullStack LLC reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.</p>

<p>The Platform may include links to third-party websites, services, or content. We do not control or endorse these third parties and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or practices. Your interactions with them are at your own risk, and YourFullStack LLC disclaims all liability arising from such interactions, regardless of cause.</p>

<p><strong>7. No Warranties</strong></p>
<p>The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not guarantee the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or defects. No oral or written information from us creates any warranty or obligation not expressly stated herein. Your reliance on the Platform or its content is strictly at your own risk.</p>

<p><strong>8. Limitation of Liability</strong></p>
<p>To the fullest extent permitted by law, YourFullStack LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary), including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:</p>
<p>- Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;</p>
<p>- Errors, omissions, interruptions, delays, or inaccuracies in the Platform;</p>
<p>- Unauthorized access to, theft, destruction, or alteration of your data or communications;</p>
<p>- Technical malfunctions, network failures, or software issues;</p>
<p>- User Content or third-party actions;</p>
<p>- Any other matter related to the Platform, regardless of legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise).</p>
<p>This limitation applies even if we’ve been advised of potential damages. YourFullStack LLC disclaims all liability for any consequences of your reliance on, interaction with, or interpretation of the Platform, its content, or services, in any context or jurisdiction.</p>

<p><strong>9. Indemnification</strong></p>
<p>You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YourFullStack LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:</p>
<p>- Your use of the Platform;</p>
<p>- Your violation of these Terms;</p>
<p>- Your infringement of any laws or third-party rights;</p>
<p>- Your User Content or actions on the Platform.</p>
<p>This indemnification extends to all disputes, regardless of cause, origin, or foreseeability, related to your use of the Platform.</p>

<p><strong>10. Termination</strong></p>
<p>We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice or reason, including for suspected violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ends immediately, and we bear no liability for such action.</p>

<p><strong>11. Compliance with Laws</strong></p>
<p>You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding your use of the Platform. We are not responsible for ensuring your compliance.</p>

<p><strong>12. No Professional Advice</strong></p>
<p>Content on the Platform (e.g., information, tools) is not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. Your use of such content is at your own risk, and YourFullStack LLC disclaims all liability for decisions based thereon.</p>

<p><strong>13. Modifications</strong></p>
<p>We may modify these Terms at any time, effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.</p>

<p><strong>14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution</strong></p>
<p>These Terms and your use of the Platform are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas. You waive any objections to jurisdiction or venue in these courts.</p>

<p><strong>15. Entire Agreement</strong></p>
<p>These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and YourFullStack LLC regarding the Platform. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. No partnership, agency, or joint venture is created by your use of the Platform.</p>
